I’m Frederik Tuxen Bjerrum – an external eCommerce Manager dedicated to helping Shopify merchants grow with focus, structure, and confidence.

About Me

From eCommerce founder to your strategic Shopify partner
I’m Frederik – and my roots are firmly grounded in the real world of online business.
Since the late 90s, I’ve worked with tech and business development – but for the past 20+ years, I’ve been deep in the day-to-day of running and scaling online stores as a founder and owner myself.
One example is CoffeeTime – an international webshop selling across Europe – which I built from scratch and sold to a UK investment firm in 2022. Today, I still run the niche brand Dodofy, delivering custom-made labels to customers in over 90 countries. As we speak, Dodofy is in the process of being sold.
These experiences have given me sharp insights into both growth potential and real-world bottlenecks – and, just as importantly, how to cut through noise and complexity.
In late 2024, I launched TUXEN&Co. to share that knowledge – and help Shopify store owners grow in a healthy, focused way, making smarter decisions based on facts instead of guesswork.
