As your Shopify Growth Partner, I’ll act as your external eCommerce Manager – fully focused on your business. I’ll be your right hand, helping you analyze, prioritize, and take action – so your store performs better and grows sustainably.

You’re a brand new startup with no sales yet:
Growth Partner is designed for scaling existing online businesses. If you’re just getting started, you’ll usually get more value from focusing on your first sales. Consider booking a Shopify Advisory Day >> Shopify Foundation Day – an intensive 1:1 session to help you lay the groundwork.

You don’t use Shopify:
I work exclusively with Shopify and specialize in this platform. If you’re not planning to use Shopify, we’re not a good fit.

You’re only looking for the cheapest hours:
This model is about value and results – not the lowest hourly rate. I offer fixed prices with a focus on ROI.

You expect a quick fix:
Growth takes time. A Growth Partner collaboration is a marathon – not a sprint. If you need fast answers or immediate input, a Shopify Advisory Day might be a better fit – a focused 1:1 session to tackle your current challenges.

Shopify Growth Partner is an ongoing monthly collaboration focused on strategy, insight, and growth.

Add-ons are separate, hands-on tasks you can book if you don’t have the time or resources to implement my recommendations – and they’re 100% optional.

Beyond the optional monthly strategy session, your time goes into reviewing reports and deciding which recommendations to act on – and when. I keep the process efficient, so you can stay focused on your core business.

That’s completely normal. My job is to give you the best possible foundation and help you prioritize the actions that deliver the most value. You set the pace – and if you need help, you can always add implementation support through my Add-ons.

Most of our communication happens through the monthly sessions and your dedicated client portal. You (and your team) can ask questions, track tasks, and share feedback asynchronously – everything’s organized in one place for full clarity and focus.

This is a subscription-based collaboration. You try it for 30 days – and can cancel freely up to 8 days after your first monthly payment if it doesn’t feel right.

If we continue, the agreement runs with a 2-month cancellation notice, effective at the end of a calendar month. That gives us time to wrap up properly and hand off any active projects with care.

You pay monthly in advance by invoice. Payment can be made via bank transfer or online – and everything is handled smoothly in the client portal.

Never. I advise and recommend – but you always review and approve before anything happens. You stay in full control at all times.
