9. Subscriptions

9.1. Subscriptions are pre-paid and renew automatically unless otherwise agreed.

9.2. Invoicing is done in advance. Payment terms: net 8 days (excl. VAT).

9.3. Termination must be in writing and applies until the end of the pre-paid period. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

9.4. The Company reserves the right to decline any task that falls outside the scope of the agreed subscription, is unlawful, or, in the Company's reasonable opinion, requires specialist expertise, resources, or a level of effort that cannot reasonably be considered part of the subscription. Declining such a task does not entitle the Client to a full or partial refund of any prepaid subscription period.
